By paying for access, the User receives the right to use the materials of the Career-Premium package (hereinafter referred to as the Course) (Wingrow Founder's Guide for preparation for global airlines, 105+ interview questions and answers, conversational and specialized topics of varying complexity, interactive arithmetic and logic tests (2 sets), basic geography (2 sets), basic interactive questions for future pilots (2 sets) — all provided in Russian, English, and Uzbek; a vocabulary, "Rule 30" exercises, and interactive English tests (3 sets); bonus material, also provided in the aforementioned languages). Access is provided for the entire duration of the project's actual existence (availability of access to the domain and server on the Internet). The Provider reserves the right to terminate platform support by notifying users at least 30 days in advance.
All provided files and texts are intended solely for personal use. The User is prohibited from:
Access is linked to a single email address. The system limits use to no more than two devices/browsers simultaneously. If suspicious activity is detected (attempted login from a third device/browser), access will be temporarily blocked. To unlock, you must log in from a previously used device/browser or terminate an active session on one of them.
4.1 Moment of Service Delivery: Access to the Course materials is provided immediately and in full at the moment of payment. The service is considered rendered in full upon activation of access to the Personal Account. Technical confirmation of service delivery (recording the moment of access provision) is the automatic change of the User's access status in the Project's accounting system immediately after the successful completion of the transaction.
4.2 Non-refundable Nature: Since the subject of the Agreement is the provision of access rights to digital content, no refunds for the rendered service are provided.
4.3 Technical Refund Terms: Refunds are only possible in cases of technical failure (double billing, failure to activate access for more than 24 hours). All claims regarding technical errors are considered within a reasonable timeframe from the moment of filing an application via t.me/wingrow2.
4.4 International Cards: When paying with Visa/Mastercard, refunds (if a technical error is recognized) are made to the same card within the timeframe prescribed by the rules of international payment systems (IPS).
Materials are for informational purposes only. Wingrow does not guarantee interview results, as the final decision depends solely on the candidate's personal qualities and skills.
The Provider provides access to materials on an "as is" basis. The Provider is not responsible for the quality, speed, or stability of the User's internet connection. Inability to download or view materials due to provider limitations or weak network signal on the User's side is not a ground for a refund. The User agrees to use current versions of browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) for correct display of materials.
The parties are released from liability for non-performance of obligations in the event of circumstances beyond their control (technological accidents, failures in main communication networks, legislative acts of state authorities, etc.).
